Paradigm Peptides owner sentenced to 70 months for selling unapproved drugs

A federal judge in Indiana sentenced the owner of Paradigm Peptides, an online peptide seller marketed for research use, to 70 months in prison after he pleaded guilty to selling unapproved drugs; his sister, the company's main employee, received 16 months. Prosecutors estimated the company had 54,000 customers in all 50 US states and 80 countries, and the owner agreed to forfeit $5 million. The unapproved drugs he was charged with selling included BPC-157, and he admitted forging laboratory certificates for the products.
