Canadian court permanently bars Canlab Research from selling injectable peptides
Health Canada announced that the Superior Court of Québec granted it a permanent injunction on June 11, 2026 against Canlab Research, an online seller of unauthorized injectable peptides, and its representatives. The order bars them from making, testing, distributing, selling or advertising these products, including through websites and social media reachable from Canada. Health Canada said the company kept selling despite earlier enforcement, including a Ministerial Order, and noted that injectable peptides are prescription drugs in Canada that must be authorized before they can be sold.
